Registration fees

Registration before March 16th CET

Payments will be made in Danish Kroner. 1 EUR is approx. 7,45 DKK. 

The following items are included in the participant fee:
Basic Fee: Attendance to all sessions, site visits on June 23rd, lunches, coffee/tea breaks during conference days, welcome reception on June 23rd and closing reception on June 25th.
Basic Fee +: As above, plus conference dinner on June 24th.
 

Please note that VAT is not added on congress payments in Denmark and can therefore not be deducted.

 

Payment

Payment must be made in Danish Kroner (DKK) to EAOF, c/o DIS Congress Service and remitted as follows:

  • Bank transfer to account no. 4180 4180791183 (EAOF 2025). IBAN DK8030004180791183 - Swift code: DABADKKK in Danske Bank, Holmens Kanal 2, DK-1090 Copenhagen K, Denmark
  • Electronic invoice. A handling fee will be charged (only for Danish delegates)
  • Credit card

IMPORTANT: All invoices will be charged in Danish Kroner. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Bank charges and currency exchange charges are at your own expense and should be factored in when making a bank transfer for the invoices.
The invoice number must be used as a reference when a transfer is made.

 

Terms and conditions

Confirmation
An official confirmation of registration will be emailed to the participant upon receipt of registration fees. Please ensure you bring your proof of payment for presentation upon request.

It is your personal responsibility to ensure that all details, such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservations, dates of arrival and departure, etc., are accurate and in accordance with your wishes. We strongly recommend that you read and check the confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory)

If you are not able to attend, you are welcome to give your registration to a colleague. Change of name is free of charge.

Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the conference will have their paid fees reimbursed less a processing fee of DKK 400 according to the following:

Cancellation before 15th of February 2025 - 100% refund.
Cancellation before 1st of April 2025 - 50% refund.
Cancellations from 2nd of April 2025 - no refund.

Liability and Insurance
Participants are strongly encouraged to secure their own travel and health insurance to cover any potential illness or accidents before and during the conference. Please note that the Organizers and the Congress Secretariat will not be held liable for any damage or injury to persons or property during the event.
